Registration Fee
The registration fee is a $40.00 NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE payment due upon registering students in classes at Stephanie’s School of Dance. A $5.00 registration discount is available for additional family members.
Tuition
  • Tuition is due on the 1st of each month
  • Tuition can be paid by cash, check or credit card
  • Auto payments can be set up & credit cards will be charged on the 1st of each month
  • All students must have a current card on file. Credit cards WILL BE CHARGED if tuition is not paid by the 15th of the month (including late fee)
  • A late fee of $10.00 will be charged after the 8th of each month
  • Tuition must be paid by the 8th regardless of attendance or holidays
  • There are NO deductions for classes missed regardless of attendance or holidays
  • Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Tuition may be dropped off at the studio or mailed
  • There is a return check charge of $25.00
  • $5.00 discount for additional family members
  • A written notice must be given by the 15th of the month to cancel classes for the following month, if not tuition for the following month must be paid (no partial month payment)

Attendance
  • Students must arrive on time for class
  • Students must be picked up promptly after class
  • Students are encouraged to attend class regularly
  • Instruct your child to remain in the reception area until picked up
Dress Code
  • Pink or black leotard & pink tights will be allowed for 3 & 4 year olds & Kindergarten classes
  • 1st/2nd Ballet & Tap & hour Ballet classes: students must wear a black leotard and pink tights
  • Pink ballet shoes for Ballet
  • Black tap shoes with tap ties or elastic, NO ribbons
  • Tan jazz shoes for Jazz
  • Black jazz pants & a solid fitted t-shirt or tank top for Jazz classes. NO baggy clothes.
  • Black jazz taps for ages 8 & up for Tap (same attire as Jazz classes)
  • Black jazz sneakers for Hip Hop (same attire as Jazz classes)
  • Hair must be in a ponytail and away from the face
  • NO baggy t-shirts, shorts, socks, bare feet, or tennis shoes during dance class
  • Boys wear a white t-shirt, black pants or shorts, & black ballet shoes
Holidays
Labor Day Monday, September 3, 2018
  Thanksgiving Monday, November 19 – Friday, November 23, 2018
  Christmas Monday, December 24, 2017 – Monday, January 6, 2019
  Classes resume Tuesday, January 7, 2019
  Spring Break Monday, March 11 – Friday, March 15, 2019
Recital
  • A recital will be held in May 2018
  • Dress rehearsal is MANDATORY and is on (day before recital)
  • Costumes will be purchased for the recital
  • $50.00 costume deposit is due November 1, 2018
  • Costume balance must be paid by December 7, 2018
  • Costumes are approximately $50.00 to $70.00 each
  • NO REFUNDS are given once costumes are ordered
  • A $40.00 recital fee will be charged for the 2018 recital.  The recital fee is due March 1, 2018.
Miscellaneous
  • NO gum is allowed in dance rooms
  • Please DO NOT leave food & drinks in the studio
  • Please DO NOT allow your children to run in the hallway
  • Please remember that YOU are responsible for your children & siblings while classes are held
